How to Delete Your VitaOne Account and Data

If you would like to delete your VitaOne account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Option 1: Request via Email

Send an email to mrkk396@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My VitaOne Account" and include:

  • The email address you used to sign in to VitaOne
  • Your name (as registered in the app)

We will process your request and delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

  • Your profile information (name, email, photo)
  • Workout and fitness logs
  • Mood journal entries
  • Water intake history
  • Diet and meal logs
  • Sleep tracking data
  • Period and cycle tracking data
  • Achievement and progress data
  • Premium purchase history (transaction records may be retained as required by law for accounting/tax purposes)

What Is Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law (such as transaction records for tax compliance), but this data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted once the legal retention period expires.

In-App Sign Out (Local Data)

You can also sign out of the app at any time from the app, which will stop syncing your data to our cloud servers. To remove data stored locally on your device, you can uninstall the VitaOne app, which will delete all locally stored data.
